Winemaker's Background:

Vincent Couche's relationship with the vine began in childhood, under the watchful eye of his mother in the vineyards of Buxeuil. Trained in Beaune and enriched by experiences in Switzerland and Germany, he established his domaine in 1996. Inspired by agronomists, Vincent transitioned to organic and biodynamic farming in 1998, earning Demeter certification in 2011. His work is a labor of love, blending traditional methods with innovative techniques to craft wines that resonate with his deep respect for the land and the natural rhythms of the vine.
