Segura Viudas operates from a remarkable 11th-century estate in the heart of Penedès that once served as a fortress and later a farmhouse. In the mid-20th century, the Segura brothers transformed the property into a pioneering cava winery. Today, Segura Viudas continues to produce premium Cava with deep respect for traditional viticulture and sustainability, focusing on long lees aging and meticulous vinification methods to elevate quality and expression. Winemaker Manel Quintana and oenologist Ton Raventós lead the technical team.
