Sensory Description:

Fragrant and expressive, the Almacita Brut Rosé bursts with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petals, and fresh whipped cream. The palate is bright and fresh, layered with juicy red fruits and subtle notes of freshly baked bread. Tight, energetic bubbles carry flavors of raspberry jam and toasted almonds, finishing with fine chalky tannins and vibrant length.

Winemaker's Background:

Almacita is crafted by Alma 4, a pioneering sparkling wine collective founded by friends Agustín Lopez, Mauricio Castro, Sebastián Zuccardi, and Marcela Manini. Their journey began in 1998 at just 17 years old, when they vinified 300 bottles of méthode traditionnelle wine as students at the Liceo Agrícola & Enológico School in Mendoza. Over two decades later, Alma 4 has evolved into one of Argentina’s most respected sparkling wine producers, with a portfolio of five cuvées sourced from Uco Valley vineyards, ranging between 1,300 and 1,550 meters above sea level. Their philosophy combines experimentation, sustainability, and friendship, resulting in wines of purity, precision, and place.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled at 6–8°C in a tulip glass to highlight its finesse. This Brut Rosé is an ideal match for seafood towers, sushi, and raw bar favorites, while its chalky freshness and almond-kissed finish also pair beautifully with fried appetizers, soft cheeses, and even pizza.

The Almacita Brut Rosé is a joyful expression of high-altitude Pinot Noir, crafted with care and vision by Alma 4, delivering vibrant fruit, mineral finesse, and sparkling elegance from Argentina’s Uco Valley.
