Sensory Description:

The Almacita Brut offers a lively aromatic profile of peach, pineapple, mango, mandarin, and watermelon, leading into a crisp and refreshing palate brimming with green apple and the subtle, savory scent of freshly baked bread. Fine chalky tannins and the faintest sweetness support tight, persistent bubbles, with notes of toasted almond adding a layer of complexity on the long, clean finish.

Winemaker's Background:

Alma4 was born from the friendship and shared vision of four classmates, Agustín López, Mauricio Castro, Marcela Manini, and Sebastián Zuccardi, who met as teenagers at the Liceo Agrícola & Enológico School in Mendoza. In 1998, just two years after forming their bond, they produced their first 300 bottles of Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine. Over two decades later, they remain united in their mission to showcase Argentina’s terroir through fine sparkling wines. Today, Alma4 crafts five distinct cuvées sourced from parcels across the Uco Valley, all situated at remarkable elevations that impart tension, elegance, and depth.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C (43–46°F). The Almacita Brut is perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with ceviche, fresh cheeses, sushi, or lightly spiced seafood dishes. Its balance of freshness and texture also makes it a natural companion for summer gatherings or celebratory toasts.

Almacita Brut is a shining example of modern Argentine sparkling wine, joyful, terroir-driven, and thoughtfully made. Its finesse and drinkability make it a versatile bottle for everyday celebrations and special moments alike.
