Moutard Père et Fils’ Brut Rosé de Cuvaison is an electric expression of Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bars, a region renowned for its rich soils and bold Champagnes. Crafted using a short maceration, this wine achieves its delicate salmon hue while preserving the depth and structure that make it a standout. With three years of lees aging, the palate is layered with wild red berries, game, and smoky complexity, finishing with a bright minerality. Whether you're celebrating or simply indulging, this Champagne is one to remember.

Sensory Description:

A pale pink hue with a radiant electric edge. Aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, lemon curd, candied rose petals, and brioche rise from the glass. On the palate, it’s crisp and focused, with a vibrant acidity that accentuates flavors of red berries, ripe citrus, and fresh apple. Undertones of pastry dough, chalk, and honeysuckle add depth to its refined, dry finish. Bold yet elegant, this Champagne delivers both power and finesse.

Winemaker’s Background:

The Moutard family has been farming in the Côte des Bars since the 17th century, long before the region became the Champagne hotspot it is today. First and foremost, they are growers, with 85% of their fruit coming from their own estate—an impressive feat in a region where négociants often dominate. François Moutard, alongside his family, has upheld a commitment to traditional methods while also preserving rare varieties like Arbane. Their eco-conscious philosophy and deep-rooted passion for the land ensure every bottle reflects the authenticity of the terroir.

For a casual indulgence, try it with truffle fries or a simple strawberry tart. And if you’re just popping a bottle to celebrate? No special occasion needed—this one is a showstopper all on its own.
