Sensory Description
The luminous pale gold hue of this Champagne, with hints of silvery yellow, is complemented by a fine, persistent mousse of tiny bubbles. Aromas unfold elegantly with minerality, floral notes of jasmine and buttercup, and fruity hints of wild berries such as blackcurrant and raspberry. Aeration reveals layers of peony, black pepper, and liquorice. On the palate, the 'Cuvée 045' is both fresh and creamy, delivering luscious notes of citrus, grapefruit, and candied fruits. Its mid-palate is defined by a chalky minerality, sea-breeze salinity, and a lingering, harmonious finish of fruity brightness and minerality.
