Tasting Notes: The 2017 'Origen' exhibits an intense cherry red color with a clean, bright appearance. The nose is a complex harmony of cherries in liquor, black currant, red rose petal "Baccara," and black pepper, layered with balsamic and mineral undertones and a hint of sweet vanilla with a subtle bitter finish. The palate is fresh, modern, and versatile, marked by polished velvety tannins and a deep integration of wood and fruit. The entry is smooth, quickly amplifying the fruit intensity, leading to a long and pleasant aftertaste of black fruit and sweet vanilla.

Food Pairing: 'Origen' pairs wonderfully with various foods, including medium-bodied meats like venison, roast suckling lamb, and pork, as well as oily fish such as tuna and salmon.
