Sensory Description
This stunning salmon-hued Rosé greets the senses with captivating aromas of fresh raspberries, roses, orange zest, and a subtle herbaceous undertone of rosemary. On the palate, it is full-bodied and savory, with a fluffy mousse and a beautifully balanced structure. As it opens, layers of ripe apricot and Mirabelle plum emerge, adding a luscious, fruit-forward complexity. A fine interplay of floral and fruity notes is complemented by a delicate peppery aroma and a hint of minerality, culminating in a long and satisfying finish.

Lafalise Froissart
Lafalise Froissart’s story is deeply rooted in the history of Verzenay. The family’s journey began in the late 19th century with Charles Chauvet, who established the first vineyards. Over the decades, the estate grew despite the challenges of two world wars, with each generation adding their unique contributions to its legacy. Today, the estate spans five hectares, with Grand Cru vineyards in Verzenay and Verzy, and a small Premier Cru plot in Dizy.
