    The domain was certified organic in 1999 and biodynamic in 2004, and new plantings were all done with massal selection rather than the clones then used throughout the region. Made entirely from Chardonnay, ÒBBFÓ stands for blanc de blancs ŽlevŽ en fžt, or blanc de blancs aged in oak barrels. Based on two different vintages, the wine was fermented in barrel, bottled with no dosage. Aged 5 years on the lees.
