Sensory Description:

“Steve” opens with vivid aromas of citrus zest, green apple skin, and a soft tropical nuance. The palate is crisp and energetic, driven by the naturally high acidity of the Pignoletto grape. Light floral tones, hints of melon and white peach, and a whisper of bitterness weave together to create a mouthwatering, lightly cloudy sparkle. Its leesy texture adds complexity while maintaining an overall lithe and refreshing structure.

Producer's Background:

His devotion to Lambrusco and Pignoletto has brought new vitality to the Emilia-Romagna wine scene.
