The Poggio del Moro Pet-Nat Rosato Toscana IGT is an enchanting Tuscan sparkling rosé crafted entirely from Sangiovese grapes. This wine captures the essence of Tuscany’s rolling hills and artisanal winemaking traditions, combining ancient methods with a fresh, modern spirit. - Harvest: Grapes are hand-picked early in the morning to preserve freshness and placed in a cool, underground fruttaia overnight.
- Vinification: Pressed without destemming, with maceration in the press to achieve the desired rosé hue. Fermentation begins naturally and proceeds slowly over 30-35 days, aided by the cool conditions of the underground winery. Crafted using the ancestral method.
- Bottling: Bottled when the sugar levels reach a consistent equilibrium, ensuring fermentation continues naturally in the bottle.
- Production: Approximately 5,000 bottles

This vivacious pét-nat bursts with aromas of wild berries, ripe peach, and a hint of pink grapefruit. On the palate, it’s refreshingly dry with persistent bubbles that carry notes of tart cherry, fresh cranberry, and a delicate herbal undertone. The finish is clean, with just enough acidity to keep you coming back for another sip.

Poggio del Moro is the passion project of Tatiana Kuznetsova, a visionary winemaker who transformed a forgotten Tuscan estate into a boutique winery of international acclaim. Originally from Russia, Tatiana brought her relentless determination and creative energy to Tuscany, reviving the land and embracing sustainable, ethical winemaking. Her team, a blend of local and international talent, operates like a family, ensuring every aspect of production reflects care, respect, and tradition. Under her leadership, Poggio del Moro combines artisanal craftsmanship with a focus on environmental harmony, embodying a love for the art of wine that inspires future generations.
Serving Suggestions:
Best served well-chilled, at approximately 45-50°F. This pét-nat makes an excellent apéritif or can be paired with smoked salmon, fresh cheeses, or light salads featuring strawberries or citrus.
