Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this Brut Nature Rosé undergoes traditional Champagne-method vinification, with zero dosage to let the purity of fruit and minerality shine through. Patrick Piuze, a Montreal native, has taken Burgundy by storm with his sharp focus on terroir-driven winemaking. After honing his craft at Olivier Leflaive, Jean-Marc Brocard, and Verget, he founded his own label in 2008 and quickly became one of Chablis’ most sought-after winemakers. Val de Mer represents his passion for sparkling wines—crafted with the same precision and respect for terroir as his celebrated still wines. Working closely with François Moutard, Piuze ensures that each bottle reflects the energy and minerality of Burgundy while delivering the elegance of méthode traditionnelle bubbles.
