Sensory Description:

This Brut Champagne opens with a generous, aromatic bouquet of quince, almond, and stone fruits. On the palate, it delivers a rounded and plush texture with a vibrant core of yellow fruits, peach, and mirabelle plum, balanced beautifully by a bright lift of citrus zest and a subtle, dry finish. Harmonious from start to finish, it offers clarity, freshness, and supple richness in equal measure.

Winemaker's Background:

Founded in 1960 by Lucien Liébart and Georgette Régnier, Maison Liébart-Régnier remains a proud family-run estate committed to independent winemaking and sustainable agriculture. With vineyards on both banks of the Marne and a cellar rooted in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, the current generation, Laurent, Valérie, and daughters Alexandra and Marion, continue to elevate their Champagne with a philosophy deeply connected to terroir and family heritage.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled at 10–12°C (50–54°F) in a tulip-shaped Champagne glass to enhance its generous aromatics and fine mousse. This cuvée is a versatile apéritif companion, pairing effortlessly with cheese gougères, pike with white butter and salicornes, or even a rustic braised pig’s trotter. Its structure also allows it to shine alongside a light poultry dish or charcuterie platter.

Liebart-Regnier's Les Sols Brun' Brut is a polished and terroir-driven expression of Champagne’s Marne Valley, rich in character, deeply authentic, and irresistibly drinkable.
