Our Community Partner program was created because we simply didn't want to spend more money advertising with companies like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. That money could go so much further if our advertising dollars could stay in our community.
The idea seemed simple enough, and thankfully our Shopify eCommerce and POS system supported us through a free native app called Collabs. Collabs was originally created for influencers to get paid by promoting products and brands, we've turned it around to support local charitable organizations and business partners.
Today, our customers can save 5% on purchases made in-store and online and we'll give 20% of any new-customer sale over $20 back to incredible organizations like The Center On Colfax, or RMA Children's Foundation.
We event print cool cards for free to help our charitable partners direct their audiences to support businesses that support them.
Local business partners also benefit. Businesses can offer their customers 5% off and will get 10% of any new customer purchase over $20, and 5% of any returning customer purchase. Including our incredible Wine Club and our Beer Club subscriptions.
For example, we've partnered with our favorite local cheese shop, Truffle Cheese Shop on 6th Ave in Cherry Creek. Not only do we love having Lisa Morris's favorite cheeses in our LoDo store (and soon in our 6th Ave store as well) we also want to encourage her customers to pair Truffle Cheese Shop's wonderful cheeses with great wine selections.
At the end of the day, we value our ecosystem of community partners. Keeping money circulating within our community is one of the best ways we can ensure prosperity for our customers, our communities, and ourselves.
