Sensory Description:
This Pinot Gris opens with an expressive nose of peach, nectarine, melon, and mandarin, lifted by notes of honey, nougat, and floral tones. The palate is dry, elegant, and concentrated, brimming with ripe tropical and citrus fruits layered over stonefruit, framed by a deliciously creamy texture from wild fermentation and lees stirring. A long, smooth finish completes the experience, leaving a lingering vibrancy.
