Mas Cal Demoura, located in Jonquières just northwest of Montpellier, was founded in the 1990s and has become a benchmark for Languedoc quality. Owned and operated by oenologists Vincent and Isabelle Goumard since 2004, the estate embraces organic and biodynamic farming on 16 hectares of limestone-rich scree. The winemaking approach focuses on natural vinification and precise aging techniques that respect the identity of each plot and variety. Their goal is to showcase the authenticity, elegance, and vitality of the Terrasses du Larzac terroir.
