Aromatically complex, it presents vivid notes of freshly baked brioche, bread crust, and cherry, layered with red rose and hints of dried petals. On the palate, its fine perlage enlivens the vibrant acidity and precise fruit character. Morello cherry and floral notes remain crisp and fresh, balanced by the structural tension lent by gentle tannins. Le Marie was founded by Valerio, whose deep passion for viticulture led to the creation of a boutique winery rooted in Piedmont’s storied terroir. With the support of his wife, Luigina, and children, Simona and Daniele, Valerio crafts expressive, small-production wines from vineyards nestled in the historic hills of Assarti. These ten hectares, enriched with red schist soils and a gentle alpine microclimate, yield grapes with purity, character, and a deep connection to the land's medieval heritage.
