Winemaker's Background:

Château de Trinquevedel’s winemaking lineage began in 1936 when Eugène Demoulin revived the once-neglected 13th-century estate, envisioning its sandy and stony soils as ideal for growing Grenache, Cinsault, and Clairette. His great-grandchildren continue his legacy with a commitment to quality, innovation, and organic farming. Their 32 hectares in Tavel yield elegant, complex rosés that balance tradition with modern precision.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled between 10–12°C. Enjoy this wine in its youth to savor its freshness and vivid fruit, or age it 2–3 years to reveal deeper notes of dried and stewed fruits. It pairs beautifully with salmon gravlax, osso bucco, veal with olives, spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, grilled fish, charcuterie, or fresh salads.

For a rosé with gravitas, history, and Provençal charm, this wine delivers depth and versatility. Crafted organically from an estate rich with Tavel heritage, it offers structure, freshness, and award-winning complexity, a benchmark Tavel that rises above the ordinary.
