On the palate, this Prosecco is dry and fresh, with flavors of juicy white peach, ripe Granny Smith apple, and tangerine zest. The Conti Riccati estate, owned by the Azzoni family, spans 200 hectares, with 20 hectares dedicated to vineyards. Located in the province of Treviso, the estate has a long history of sustainable viticulture and is currently undergoing organic conversion. The winery is committed to producing wines that express the values and potential of the terroir, with significant investments made towards sustainable agriculture and environmental protection. The historic cellar, designed by the renowned mathematician and architect Jacopo Riccati in the 1700s, has been restored to preserve the winemaking tradition and passion of the Riccati family.
