  • Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso is best served chilled, between 50°F and 54°F. It pairs excellently with dark chocolate, enhancing the rich and complex flavors of both the vermouth and the chocolate. For a delightful cocktail experience, try the Bordiga Cup or an Americano.

    • Ingredients: 5 parts Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso, 3 parts soda or homemade lemonade, fresh seasonal fruit pieces, top with Bordiga Lemon Tincture
    • Glass: Low tumbler or similar
    • Technique: Build
    • Ice: Cubes
    • Decoration: Slice of cucumber
    • Preparation: Cool the tumbler with 1 or 2 ice cubes, add fresh seasonal fruit pieces, pour the ingredients and mix gently, spray the Lemon Tincture, decorate with cucumber, and serve with a teaspoon or fork.
  • Americano:

    • Ingredients: 3 parts Bordiga Bitter Rosso, 3 parts Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso, 3 parts soda (carbonated mineral water)
    • Glass: Tumbler
    • Technique: Build
    • Ice: Cubes
    • Decoration: Orange peel, orange slice
    • Preparation: Fill the glass with ice, pour the Bordiga Bitter Rosso and the Bordiga Vermouth Rosso, mix for a minute, add soda, mix delicately, squeeze the orange peel on the drink and pass the peel on the edge of the glass, insert the peel into the drink, decorate with an orange slice, and serve.
