Sensory Description
‘Dandelion’ offers a vivid expression of Albariño, with zippy, fresh aromas of citrus, green apple, and salty sea air. The palate reveals layers of bright lemon zest, pear, and a subtle herbal undertone, balanced by vibrant acidity and a textured, lees-driven mouthfeel. The finish is long and bracing, capturing the wine’s Atlantic essence.

Winemaker’s Background
Alberto Nanclares and Silvia Prieto are devoted to crafting transparent wines that reflect the unique terruño of Cambados and Rías Baixas. Alberto, a former economist turned winemaker, established his winery in 1997, embracing organic and biodynamic practices. Silvia joined the project in 2015, bringing her expertise in traditional winemaking and organic viticulture. Together, they have refined Albariño into angular, age-worthy wines, eschewing chemical additives and focusing on minimal intervention techniques to preserve vineyard identity and vintage character.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled, at 45–50°F, to emphasize the wine’s freshness and minerality. This Albariño pairs beautifully with fresh seafood like oysters, grilled prawns, or ceviche. Its bright acidity and leesy texture also make it a fantastic companion for fried foods, crunchy salads, or roast white meats. Perfect as an aperitif or at a seaside gathering, ‘Dandelion’ brings the spirit of the Atlantic to the table.
