Give un-oaked chardonnay a chance. If you're used to the sickly sweet, over-oaked traditional California chardonnay, this will blow your mind. Right off the bat, you'll appreciate the crisp, clean flavor. With less than 0.1% residual sugar (meaning almost none) you'll appreciate the way this chardonnay refreshes your palate.

Beyond the tropical aromas, you'll get stone fruit, nectarine, peach and a hint of lemon meringue. Only 12,000 bottle were produced so this is a fairly rare wine at an incredibly accessible pricepoint.
