Winemaker's Background:
Founded in 1984 by Marc Ollivier, Domaine de la Pepière is now run by Rémi Branger and Gwénaëlle Croix. The estate's organic vineyards thrive in the granite and gneiss soils of the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine appellation. The estate uses traditional methods, hand-harvesting grapes and relying on indigenous yeasts to reflect the region's terroir.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve chilled between 54-57°F. Ideal with oysters, mussels, or grilled white fish. It also pairs wonderfully with seafood pasta in a garlic and white wine broth, or as an aperitif with goat cheese.
