  • Vinification: Destemming and maceration with skin contact at a controlled temperature of 28°C for about 30 days. Fermentation occurs at 26-28°C with constant pumping over and wine-pressing. Malolactic fermentation in French oak casks.
  • Refinement: 14-16 months in French oak casks followed by 18 months of aging in the bottle.
