Sensory Description: The 'Mirabello' Pinot Grigio greets you with gentle floral and citrus aromas. On the palate, it is crisp and delicate, featuring lightly honeyed fruit balanced by a refreshing lemony acidity. The finish is fresh and dry, making it an inviting choice for various occasions.

Producer Background: Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading cooperative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. The aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending, and bottling, are meticulously overseen by Araldica's winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese, assisted by Boutinot's Tony Brown MW. Adria Vini sources grapes from a network of long-term partners across Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo, and Sardinia.

Serving Suggestions: This highly versatile dry white wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with a variety of dishes. It complements seafood, grilled fish, salads, and cold white meats perfectly. Serve chilled at around 50°F (10°C) to enhance its refreshing qualities.

In the Vineyard: Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in northern Italy. The grapes were hand-harvested during the first two weeks of September.

In the Winery: After harvesting, the grapes were gently crushed and pressed. The juice was allowed to settle and clarify before undergoing cool fermentation at 61-64°F (16-18°C) in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks before being bottled young to retain its fresh character.
