The subtle integration of oak enhances the wine’s complexity, perfectly complementing its vibrant fruit profile.

Producer’s Background
Podere Capaccia is steeped in Chianti Classico history and renowned for its commitment to quality. Since acquiring the estate in 2010, Herman De Bode has brought new life to the vineyards and cellar, blending state-of-the-art techniques with respect for tradition. Winemaker Alyson Morgan and vineyard manager Donato Alvino oversee every step of production, ensuring wines that authentically reflect the terroir of Radda in Chianti.

Serving Suggestions
Serve Querciagrande at 60–65°F. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, wild mushroom risotto, or herb-crusted pork tenderloin. Its vibrant acidity and refined tannins also complement Tuscan classics like ribollita or Pici pasta with a hearty tomato-based sauce.
