Inspired by the success of House’s Oregon label, Ovum, they’ve applied their minimal-intervention philosophy to Spain’s underrated gem, Requena. With 60-100+ year-old Bobal vines, they focus on sustainable practices and transparent winemaking, letting the region’s unique high-altitude terroir shine.
