Founded by Bernard and Cécile Croisille in 1979, Château Les Croisille is now led by second-generation brothers Germain and Simon Croisille, who have elevated the family domaine into a beacon of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Cahors. From humble beginnings as tenant farmers, the Croisilles now steward 30 hectares of vineyards on the slopes and plateaux of the Lot, where they champion a minimalist, terroir-driven approach in the cellar.
