The duo revived forgotten cliff-side vineyards like Steffensberg and Ellergrub, tending many ancient, ungrafted vines by hand. Rejecting modernization, they farm organically and ferment naturally to preserve the essence of each site. Their wines, shaped by steep terraces and cool river breezes, are soulful expressions of Mosel terroir.
