Producer's Background: The Waldschütz family has nurtured winemaking traditions for four generations, passing down knowledge and dedication to the craft. Since 1994, Reinhard Waldschütz has led the family estate, encompassing 35 hectares of vines in Kamptal. His son, Markus, brings international experience to the winery, enhancing the estate’s reputation for crafting fresh, natural wines that reflect the distinctive Kamptal terroir. Their portfolio includes varieties like Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, each one a tribute to the landscape that shapes them.

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy this Grüner Veltliner well-chilled at 46°F. It pairs wonderfully with fresh asparagus, smoked ham, seafood, and light salads. Its vibrant acidity also makes it an ideal match for raw fish dishes, adding a lively dimension to sashimi or ceviche.
