Sensory Description: This Crianza presents an intense cherry red color with medium to high opacity. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of cinnamon, cumin, and vanilla, which evolve into aromas of black and red fruits. On the palate, it is velvety and elegant, with ripe tannins that provide structure. The well-integrated acidity adds freshness, while flavors of toffee, cocoa, tobacco, and clean leather offer depth and sophistication. A lingering finish leaves hints of vanilla and spice, showcasing its aging in oak.

Producer's Background: Bodegas Arroyo, a third-generation family-owned winery, operates over 80 hectares of prime vineyards in the northernmost part of Ribera del Duero. Founded in 1960, the winery was revitalized in 1994 when Santiago Arroyo acquired it and expanded its capacity, including a new underground aging cellar. The estate's vineyards, situated at altitudes between 800 and 950 meters, benefit from diverse soils and microclimates, which contribute to the complexity and balance of their wines. Bodegas Arroyo is committed to producing wines that reflect the terroir of Sotillo de la Ribera.
