Sensory Description
This skin-contact white wine reveals aromas of orange peel, lemon balm, and sage, accented by bright, playful notes reminiscent of Fruit Pebbles. The wine’s slight orange hue reflects its extended maceration period. On the palate, it is rich in texture, with refreshing acidity and a nuanced hint of kumquat.

Producer's Background
Escala Humana, founded by Ayelén and Germán Masera in 2015, is a project rooted in Argentina’s viticultural history. Germán, a winemaker since 2003, has dedicated himself to rediscovering forgotten varietals like Malvasía. The grapes for 'Livverá' come from the Pelegrina vineyard, one of El Zampal’s historic sites, where fourth and fifth-generation growers maintain a connection to their European heritage. The Maseras craft their wines with sustainable farming and minimal intervention at Matias Michelini's Passionate Winery, ensuring authenticity and purity in every bottle.

Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed at a slightly chilled temperature of 50–54°F, this wine’s textural complexity pairs beautifully with roasted root vegetables, seafood dishes like ceviche, or Mediterranean-inspired mezze. Its versatility makes it an intriguing choice for adventurous food and wine pairings.
