Sensory Description
This light-bodied red delights with an aromatic bouquet of ripe raspberry and cranberry, complemented by warming hints of clove and cinnamon. On the palate, it is silky with medium acidity and light tannins, evoking parallels to Gamay or Trousseau. A refined yet approachable wine, it invites exploration of a lesser-seen grape.

Producer's Background
Founded in 2015 by Ayelén and Germán Masera, Escala Humana is a labor of love centered around rediscovering forgotten Argentine varietals and regions. Germán, an experienced winemaker since 2003, took inspiration from Uco Valley's rich history and its underappreciated vineyards. The Bequignol grapes hail from one of these historic plots, sustainably cultivated and minimally intervened during production. The wines are made in Tupungato at Matias Michelini’s Passionate Winery, blending tradition with innovative craftsmanship.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy this wine slightly chilled at around 55–58°F. Its delicate structure and fresh flavors make it an excellent pairing for charcuterie, roasted poultry, or a light summer salad with berries and goat cheese. Perfect for intimate gatherings or as an accompaniment to a casual evening meal.
