Producer's Background The Domaine Dugois, established in 1973 by Daniel Dugois, began with just 2 hectares of vineyard in the village of Les Arsures. Today, under the stewardship of his son Philippe and daughter-in-law Mélanie, the estate spans 11 hectares and embraces sustainable and organic farming practices. Committed to biodiversity and eco-friendly methods, the family has been pioneers in the Jura, combining agroforestry and agronomy to adapt to environmental challenges. The Grevillière plot, planted in 1949, remains a cornerstone of their dedication to crafting wines that honor the region’s terroir.
Serving Suggestions Serve slightly chilled, at around 57–60°F, to highlight the wine’s freshness and complexity. This Trousseau pairs beautifully with roasted duck, game meats, or dishes featuring earthy mushrooms. For cheese lovers, opt for aged Comté or other hard cheeses to enhance the wine's nuanced spice and fruit tones.
