Brilliant pale ruby with purplish hues, this wine reveals fragrant notes of red cherries, wild berries, and subtle hints of Carignan-driven spice. This is a nimble and vibrant red that dances across the tongue with purity and charm.

Winemaker's Background:

Château Coupe-Roses is a family-owned winery rooted in La Caunette, a picturesque village in the Haut-Minervois. With 143 acres of vineyards and olive groves, the estate is managed by Françoise Frissant (an agronomist), her husband Pascal, and their children Mathias and Sarah—all trained oenologists. Their commitment to sustainable, additive-free winemaking is a natural extension of their respect for their terroir. From ancient, rocky soils and cool mountain climates, they produce soulful wines with a balance of tradition, innovation, and environmental care.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve lightly chilled at 55–58°F (13–14°C). This wine pairs beautifully with roasted duck, pasta in bold tomato sauces, grilled vegetables, or savory puff pastry dishes. Its fresh and inviting character also makes it a perfect choice for aperitifs or everyday meals with friends.
