Caparsa is a small, family-run winery located in Radda in Chianti at 450 meters elevation, deeply rooted in the traditions of Tuscan winemaking. With a firm commitment to sustainable and organic agriculture, the estate encompasses 66 hectares, including nearly 11 hectares of vineyards certified organic by CCPB. Under the guidance of Paolo Cianferoni and his family, Caparsa combines thoughtful agronomy with minimalist winemaking, embracing native yeasts and aging in traditional cement tanks to allow their Sangiovese to shine with unadorned authenticity.
