Sensory Description
Pours a bright, slightly cloudy ruby red—an inviting sign of its natural vinification. Arianna Occhipinti, who began releasing her own wines in her early twenties, farms her estate biodynamically and organically in Vittoria, influenced by her uncle Giusto Occhipinti of COS fame. The SP68 line, named after the provincial road near her vineyards, embodies her minimalist and terroir-driven philosophy: native fermentation, extended maceration, concrete aging, minimal sulfur, and unfiltered bottling—all approaches that deliver transparent and soulful Sicilian wines.
