    "We have been producing vermouth since 1937 using the same traditional formula, which involves macerating 24 different plants in a white wine base. With its very pale yellow colour, in the nose it is full of subtle flowery aromas (chamomile and mint) with a certain vanilla sweetness. On the palate it is smooth, refined, with a very pleasant suggestion of liquorice, cinnamon and ginger which finally reaches the height of its aromatic expression characterised by this bitterness offered by wormwood and artemisia. This vermouth should be served cold, accompanied by a slice of lemon and an olive."
