Gotha Spiriti Nobili was founded by Ergin Allko, an Albanian-born bartender who moved to Bologna at age 18 and spent nearly two decades honing his craft before launching his own spirits company. Alongside his brother Donald and collaborators Umberto Menna and Riccardo Francesco de Campagnoli, Ergin blends tradition with innovation, most notably through the use of purified Adriatic seawater in every spirit.
