Sensory Description: Ecliptic Starburst IPA pours a hazy light copper with a towering, frothy off-white head that offers excellent retention and lacing. The initial fragrant aromas reveal moderate notes of overripe orange, tangerine, and hints of onion and garlic, complemented by green papaya. A backbone of cracker and light toast malt supports the diverse hop character. On the palate, expect a spicy, medium-high hop bitterness balanced by dry cracker and toast malt, leading to a medium-full body with moderate carbonation and faint alcohol warmth. The finish is dry with a lingering pithy citrus character and subtle floral notes.
