After visiting more than 40 distilleries across Russia and experimenting with countless grain blends, Dave created a recipe that was smooth, flavorful, and uncompromising in quality. In partnership with master distiller Chris Ober, Zyr is crafted using organic grains sourced from Janie’s Farms in America’s Heartland and pure water from the Sankoty Aquifer. Their process includes deep distillation cuts to retain only the cleanest hearts, followed by ten rounds of charcoal and polishing filtration. Zyr’s rebirth in America marks a full-circle return, ensuring the brand thrives with sustainability, transparency, and authenticity at its core.
