From hand-harvested vines in Maipú, this sustainably produced Cabernet delivers elegance, depth, and the unmistakable richness of Argentina’s wine country.

Sensory Description:

Deep claret in color with ruby hues, this Cabernet opens with aromas of fresh herbs, cracked pepper, and ripe red fruits. On the palate, it delivers generous flavors of black cherry and red currant layered with subtle spice. Thick yet refined tannins lend structure, while the texture remains velvety and smooth. The long, drawn-out finish highlights the balance between boldness and elegance, making it a versatile and engaging wine.

Winemaker's Background:

Founded in 2004 by the Baigorria family, Mi Terruño is a family-owned winery in San Roque, Maipú. The estate vineyards, planted on alluvial soils with drip irrigation, thrive in Mendoza’s dry, sunny climate that promotes optimal grape ripening. With a philosophy centered on expressing terroir, the name Mi Terruño, “my terroir”, reflects the winery’s commitment to authenticity. Today, the winery is managed by siblings Gabriel (commercial director) and María Eugenia Baigorria (winemaker). Their sustainable practices, from hand-picking to rigorous fruit selection, ensure wines of precision and integrity that capture the essence of Mendoza.
