Founded by brothers Alex and Andrew Perez, Highpoint Cider began with a leap of faith—and over 200 trial batches. Blending Alex’s business savvy with Andrew’s biochemistry expertise, the duo launched their taproom in 2021 with a focus on crafting dry, balanced, and adventurous ciders using high-quality ingredients.
