We know somethings are just out of our hands. Before you cancel or pause your membership, please contact us directly and let us know if there is anything we can do to make your wine club experience better.
You can pause or cancel your Wine Club membership at any time. If you are pausing, please select the month in which you want to restart your membership. If pausing your card will be charged the prior month to your restart month. For example, if you pause until November, your card will be charged on October 16th for November's box.
To cancel or pause your membership immediately you must cancel/pause before the 15th of the month (your card is charged on the 16th of the month). If your cancellation request is submitted after the 15th of the month, you will receive that following month's box and your membership will be cancelled/paused moving forward.
