We know somethings are just out of our hands. Before you cancel or suspend your membership, please contact us directly and let us know if there is anything we can do to make your wine club experience better.
You can suspend or cancel your Wine Club membership at any time. If you are suspending, please select the month in which you want to restart your membership. If suspending your card will be charged the prior month to your restart month. For example, if you suspend until November, your card will be charged on October 16th for November's box.
To cancel or suspend your membership immediately you must cancel/suspend before the 15th of the month (your card is charged on the 16th of the month). If your cancellation request is submitted after the 15th of the month, you will receive that following month's box and your membership will be cancelled/suspended moving forward.
