Pinot gris grapes are sourced from estate vineyards in the Terre di Chieti region. Harvest early for the idea balance of sugar and acidity. This wine is then vacuum-pressed to extract only the free-run must. This produces a refreshing Pinot Grigio with notes of green apple, lemon, pear and honey. Fresh, light with a touch of mineral on the palate.
