Wine Dispensary Tasting Notes:
A wine with a floral start and a lush roundness on the overall palate. The wine has silky tannins with a beautiful creaminess when it comes to acidity. Notes of plum, black currant and chocolate encase the palate, while the finish is more velvety and long.
About the Producer:
The Symington family were originally Port producers hailing back to 1882, while the Prats are from the Bordeaux region. This producer combines the knowledge of making Port, with the production of Bordeaux – applying their respective techniques to a variety of ingenious grapes from Portugal. They’ve been working together as partners since 1999, and man is the wine good!
