Wine Dispensary Tasting Notes:
Dense blackberry and dark cherry are the foremost fruits in this spicy red cab. On the palate the wines comes across a bit savory with notes for dried herbs and fresh forest oak trees. This wine is medium bodied with a crisp acidity - making it perfect for pairing with foods.
About the Producer:
Founded by friends who literally wandered into Dry Creek, this winery has been around since 1998 – neither of which had any experience in wine other than drinking A LOT of it. The found some land that needed a bit of work, rolled up their sleeves and made it happen. Today, Forth Vineyards is one of the most prominent labels coming out of Sonoma.
