Wine Dispensary Tasting Notes:
A ripe, round red wine subtle floral notes on the nose. The tannins are perfectly integrated for that fuller mouthfeel without being overwhelming. Notice hints of licorice spice on the finish.
About the Producer:
The Domaine was established in 1935 and is still family run today. They boast a collection of prestigious wines-estates, most notably Chateau Haut-Brion, amongst a variety of others concentrated in the Bordeaux area. Because of the monetary baking of this producer, they are able to age their wines in-house – releasing them only when they are ready to be drunk.
Pairs Best With:
Steak Au Poivre
Bleu Cheese
Dark Chocolate Cake
