This is an annual commitment paid upfront. No refunds will be provided if you choose to terminate your membership. You may terminate your membership at any time. Annual membership is not applicable for suspensions.

We ask that you pick up your wine in a timely manner. Wine that has not been picked up within a 60 day time frame will be restocked and you will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee for every 4-bottles that must be restocked. By submitting this form. you are agreeing to these terms.
